Returns
Every crate is printed to order for you. Here's what that means for returns.
Why this isn't a shelf-stock return policy
A crate is printed after the month closes, specifically for your order -- there's no warehouse of finished stock to pull a replacement from or restock a return into. That's also why crates ship unpainted and why we never supply the design files behind them: what you get is the printed part itself.
Damaged or misprinted? We replace it. Plainly.
If a part arrives broken, warped, or clearly misprinted -- missing geometry, failed supports, a bad layer -- we will reprint and resend it at no cost to you. This is a straightforward promise, not a formality: a crate is supposed to show up intact and correctly printed, and if it doesn't, we fix it.
The window, and how to ask
Email info@miniaturecrate.comwithin 30 days of delivery with your lot number and a photo of the part. We'll confirm the replacement and get a reprint moving -- most are back in the mail within the same shipping timeline as a regular crate.
What this doesn't cover
Because each crate is made to order rather than pulled from stock, we don't offer change-of-mind returns on parts that arrived as described and intact. Normal printed texture, minor support marks, and the fact that a part ships unpainted are not misprints.
Your statutory rights
None of this affects any right or remedy you have under applicable United States consumer law that can't be excluded. Where a statutory right applies, it stands alongside this policy, not beneath it.
Cancelling the subscription itself
That's a different thing from returning a part -- see how to skip or cancel on thehow it workspage.
