What it costs

Shipping within the United States is included in your crate price. There's no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

When it ships

Every crate is printed to order after the month closes, so there's no shelf stock sitting behind it waiting to ship -- it ships once it's printed. Most crates go out within 10 business days of the month closing. If you're on both the Mini Crate and the Terrain Crate, and they fall in the same month, they ship together in the larger mailer.

The 10 × 10 × 3 in mailer carries the Mini Crate; the 12 × 12 × 6 in mailer carries the Terrain Crate and holds a whole printed tile flat, without crushing it.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as a carrier picks up your crate. If a tracking link shows no movement for several days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Keep your address current

We ship to the address on your account at the time a crate prints. If that address is wrong or out of date and a crate is returned to us or lost as a result, we'll work with you to get it reprinted and resent, but a reprint for an address you didn't keep up to date isn't free.
