The rules for buying from Miniature Crate, written the way we'd say them out loud.
These Terms are an agreement between you and WOGD LLC("we", "us"), which operates MiniatureCrate.com. By placing an order or starting a subscription you agree to them.
What we sell
A crate is 3D-printed modular terrain and figures, unpainted. We never supply design files -- what ships is the printed part, not the thing that made it.
These are small plastic parts, not a toy, and are intended for ages 14 and up.
Where we ship
We sell and ship to United States addresses only. If an address can't be matched to a US delivery point, we won't be able to take the order.
The subscription
A crate subscription bills monthly, and the charge repeats every month until you cancel it. You can cancel from your account at any time, any month, as long as you do it before that month's crate goes to print -- after that, the crate for that month is committed.
You can skip a month instead of cancelling. A skip is free: you aren't charged, and your place in any mega-kit run you're part-way through is held, so skipping never strands a build.
Every crate is printed to order after the month closes. That's why it's unpainted and why a crate is never back-ordered -- there's no stock sitting behind it, just a print queue.
Price, tax and shipping
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and is shown before you pay, not added as a surprise afterward. Shipping within the United States is included in the crate price.
Returns
Our returns policycovers damaged and misprinted parts, and forms part of these Terms.
Using the site
You can browse and buy for your own use. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the site's listings, photographs, or data, or use the site in a way that damages or impairs it for other subscribers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a crate you receive. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right that can't lawfully be excluded.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable United States federal or state consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where such a right applies and cannot be limited, it prevails over anything here that conflicts with it.
Intellectual property
The photographs, descriptions, and site content here belong to WOGD LLC. The printed parts you receive are for your own use; the design files that produced them are not sold or transferred to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If you live elsewhere, this doesn't take away the protection of any consumer-protection law that applies to you and can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version line at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed, and the Terms in force when you place an order or when a charge occurs govern that order or charge.
